CREW MEMBER ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Delivers unparalleled hospitality to each customer.
- Prepares and assembles food and smoothie ingredients to brand standards.
- Uses sanitation practices to handle and prepare food.
- Sets up and monitor food and smoothie workstations.
- Cleans and organizes kitchen, workstations, dining room, restrooms, and other areas in the café.
- Follows the steps to operate the register, including taking customer orders, accurately handling cash, and being responsible for the drawer.
- Follows all safety and security policies set by the brand.
